The size and condition of your home will determine how many hours are required. There is no such thing as a typical home, or typical homeowner. Every home will have different areas that require cleaning, floor types, number of rooms, pets/no pets etc. That’s why we always suggest you guide our cleaners as to your priority areas. Services are hourly and the completion of each task depends on the total hours booked.
We don’t believe in ‘fixed price’ quotes, as they are too rigid, rather, we will set an agreed upon hourly rate. This format allows the freedom to choose what, and where, we will clean, and enables you to always stay within your desired budget.
And if you need extra cleaning done, or require something special, you increase the number of hours – simple! Total hours booked equals total payment due.

If weather conditions could affect the quality of service or safety, we’ll promptly reschedule at no extra cost. Interior services are unaffected, while exterior jobs will be rebooked.
Absolutely. Many clients combine interior and exterior services-like house cleaning and gutter cleaning-to save time and cost. Let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor a package.
That’s your choice, however it’s not necessary for you to be present when your cleaner arrives. If you’re not going to be home to let the cleaner in, you can make a prior arrangement for your cleaner to collect the house-key from a pre-determined place on your property. Many of our clients prefer to invest in a key combination safe. It’s an ideal way to ensure your cleaner has access to your home, but no one else does. It’s also our preferred, and recommend, key-access method.
When the job is completed, your cleaner will return the key back to its same location, or if preferred, your cleaner can also leave the key inside your home and lock the front door upon exiting.
At the time of your first booking, you may wish to take the opportunity to meet your cleaner and walk them through your home. You can also use this occasion to show them where your house key is to be left, on the days you will not be home.
Your cleaner will bring all the required cleaning products for your appointment, however, for hygiene purposes, your cleaner will use your vacuum and mop. Using your equipment is essential to prevent cross contamination.
